3 steps to setup MS’ new WLM properly:
- Get the Mess patch – go to the mess.be site, and click Mess patch link in the Important Announcements box (top left hand side). Tick the box to enable small display pictures in the Conversation window.
- Get Plus! – this will enable text/xml logging of chats and most importantly, grouped chats
